How ordering works

Type the name exactly as you want it printed and tick the box to confirm the spelling. Our checks look for names that may have been mistyped, and we email you if one looks wrong. Your order is then made to order by our printing partners overseas, and we send tracking when it is available. Items from one order can arrive in separate parcels.

Iron-on labels go on clean, dry fabric with a household iron. A name stamp is pressed onto the care tag with ink. Follow the instructions that come with your order for each one.
Can I label every type of fabric?
Not always. Heat can damage some fabrics, so check the care tag before using an iron-on label. A name stamp on the care tag is an option when the fabric will not take heat.
How long do these labels take to arrive?

Can I check the spelling before my order is made?
Yes. You type the name at checkout and tick a box to confirm the spelling. If a name looks mistyped, we email you to check. If we do not hear back within 1 business day, we go ahead exactly as entered, so please check each name carefully.
