How long will my order take?
About 2 to 3 weeks. We place your order within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery usually takes about 11 to 16 business days.
Why did my items arrive in separate parcels?
Different items can ship from different places and arrive on different days. This is normal.
Why did you email me to confirm a name, and what if I do not reply?
Sometimes our checks flag a name that may have a typo, so we ask you to confirm it. If we do not hear back within 1 business day, we place your order exactly as you entered it. After that, it cannot be changed.
Can I change my order after paying?
Email hello@kidsnamelabels.com.au straight away. We can only change it if we have not yet placed it with our supplier.
I made a spelling mistake. What can I do?
We print exactly what you type, so we cannot reprint it free. We will give you 20% off a corrected order.
My order arrived wrong or damaged.
Email hello@kidsnamelabels.com.au with your order number and a photo or short video within 14 working days of delivery. We will offer a free reprint or a full refund.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
No. Each item is made for you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
How do I apply my labels?
Apply to a clean, dry surface, press firmly for about 10 seconds, and wait 24 hours before washing. For iron-on labels, follow the heat and time instructions on the pack.
Are your products safe for kids?
[Only repeat what the supplier states. Do not claim non-toxic or safety tested unless you have proof.]
Do you deliver outside Australia?
Not at the moment.
