2. Using these terms
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
3. Orders and personalisation
- A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Please check it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
- Our products are made to order. You are responsible for the name and details you enter, and we print exactly what you type.
- If our checks suggest the name or details may be wrong, we may email you to confirm them. If you do not reply within 1 business day, we will place your order exactly as you entered it, and it cannot then be changed, cancelled or reprinted because of a spelling or detail error.
- We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we cannot fulfil it.
- If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST, so prices do not include GST.
- Payment is taken in full when you order, by the payment methods shown at checkout (processed by Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your card details.
5. Delivery
- Our products are made and shipped by overseas partners and delivered within Australia. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Orders with more than one product may arrive in separate parcels.
- Ownership and risk pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and refunds
See our Returns and Refunds page. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on personalised products.
7. Product information
- Sizes are given in centimetres and are approximate.
- Colours may vary slightly between screens and production batches.
- Follow the application and care instructions on each product page.
- We do not make dishwasher, oven or microwave claims about our products.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those guarantees or your rights.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design, images and logos, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, scrape or reuse it without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a product, it is limited to the price you paid for it. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version here. A change applies to orders placed after it is posted. Your order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
