Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Australia only.
Made and shipped overseas
Our products are made and shipped by overseas partners. They are not made in, and do not ship from, Australia.
How long it takes
We place your order within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks (about 11 to 16 business days). Delivery dates are estimates. Peak periods such as back to school, Chinese New Year and Christmas can add time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order, and free on orders of $40 or more.
More than one product
If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number when one is available. Some parcels may have limited tracking.
Your address
Please check your delivery address before you order. We cannot change it after dispatch, and we are not responsible for a parcel that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address.
If your order is late
If your order has not arrived 25 business days after you ordered, contact us at hello@kidsnamelabels.com.au and we will reship or refund it.
